Meditation in Motion: Learn the Yang 24-Movement Short Form and simple Qigong exercises that you’ll be able to practice on your own after the very first class. Hundreds of high-quality scientific studies have demonstrated significant health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong practice: including improved balance, circulation, lung function, strength, coordination, concentration, and mood while relieving pain, anxiety and stress, helping recover from COVID, and even shrinking the waistline. Copies of these studies will be provided to you. You will also learn how the movements of the form can be used for self-defense. James Clark, has taught Tai Chi since 2008 and has earned a Level II Tai Chi/Qigong instructor Certification.
