This unique workout offers a mixture of stretches created to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. The energizing workout will build your body core muscle groups. You will strengthen your body and back muscles which are the foundation of fitness. The barre offers fat burning workout, emphasis basic alignment and balance. Using the barre works on toning the core, arms, bottom and thighs, Burns and shapes the body and improves posture. Bring a mat and towel, ballet shoes or socks are preferred. AFFA certified instructor Harriet Gilbert has taught stateside as well as overseas. No discount.
