Step back to 1796 and discover the flavors of early America! In this hands-on kids' cooking class, young chefs will explore recipes from America's First Cookbook, bake Independence Cake, and taste traditions inspired by the 13 Colonies, From Mount Vernon to Johnny Appleseed's orchards, we'll celebrate history through delicious dishes - because We the Kids can cook like the Founding Foodies!
Age and skill-level-appropriate recipes are selected.
This course is for 1st - 4th graders only.
Withdrawals/Refunds:
“If you are unable to attend the course session, we are happy to refund tuition, less a 5% processing fee, when you cancel your course session a week before the course starts. The deadline to request a refund is 5:00 pm on the Tuesday prior to the course week. “
