In this course, students will continue their Spanish studies with a focus on building intermediate grammar and communication skills. The course will include:

Grammar Topics

Study of the RID rule (Reflexive, Indirect, Direct pronouns)
Introduction to the subjunctive mood
Introduction to command forms (formal and informal)

Skills Development

Listening comprehension practice
Conversational speaking exercises
Reading and translation activities

Madrigal’s Magic Key to Spanish (starting at Chapter 33)
Practice Makes Perfect: Spanish Pronouns and Prepositions by Dorothy Richmond
Short Stories in Spanish by Olly Richards

Withdrawals/Refunds:

“If you are unable to attend the course session, we are happy to refund tuition, less a 5% processing fee, when you cancel your course session a week before the course starts. The deadline to request a refund is 5:00 pm on the Tuesday prior to the course week. “
