Spanish Intermediate V

Adult Community Ed Summer 26

In this course, students will continue their Spanish studies with a focus on building intermediate grammar and communication skills. The course will include:

Grammar Topics

  • Study of the RID rule (Reflexive, Indirect, Direct pronouns)
  • Introduction to the subjunctive mood
  • Introduction to command forms (formal and informal)

Skills Development

  • Listening comprehension practice
  • Conversational speaking exercises
  • Reading and translation activities

Course Materials

  • Madrigal’s Magic Key to Spanish (starting at Chapter 33)
  • Practice Makes Perfect: Spanish Pronouns and Prepositions by Dorothy Richmond
  • Short Stories in Spanish by Olly Richards
    

   

Withdrawals/Refunds:

“If you are unable to attend the course session, we are happy to refund tuition, less a 5% processing fee, when you cancel your course session a week before the course starts. The deadline to request a refund is 5:00 pm on the Tuesday prior to the course week. “
