Adult Community Ed Summer 26

This two-night course provides in-depth study and essential life skills for effectively understanding and managing anger in everyday life. An examination of brain chemistry, physical and emotional unhealthy habits, along with conscious and subconscious mechanisms that lead to negative anger will be covered. Specific techniques/tools to reduce negative anger responses facilitate peaceful and productive communication will also be presented. A seasoned certified anger management facilitator will be the instructor. 

Note: An optional $8.00 workbook fee is payable to the instructor at first class.

            

          

Withdrawals/Refunds:

“If you are unable to attend the course session, we are happy to refund tuition, less a 5% processing fee, when you cancel your course session a week before the course starts. The deadline to request a refund is 5:00 pm on the Tuesday prior to the course week. “
