Water Exercise- Deep Water Course

Adult Community Ed Spring 2025

Engage in a fun and moderately intense aerobic workout within the comfort of an indoor pool. This well-rounded routine combines the benefits of water-based exercise with strength training, allowing you to tone your body effectively. To participate, simply bring along two noodles, weights, and a belt because you will be in deep water (13ft.). Having some swimming skills can be helpful, although they are not required for participation.

Location: Blossom Athletic Center 

*Note - Star Card members will need to process payment at the Community Learning Center and show card along with a valid photo identification to apply discount. No discount codes over the phone or for online registration. Punch cards are not in use anymore.
