Youth and Teen Community Ed Spring 25

Yoga encourages a positive and healthy lifestyle for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of children as it helps in the development of strength, stamina, endurance, high levels of positive energy, resilience, focus, self-awareness, and awareness of our environment. Join us for six weeks and explore the basics and benefits of yoga practice. Your little one will experience a fun, dynamic environment that engages the whole child. Through storytelling, games, music, movement, and creative expression, children can explore yoga in a playful and meaningful way.
