Withdrawals/Refunds:

“If you are unable to attend the course session, we are happy to refund tuition, less a 5% processing fee, when you cancel your course session a week before the course starts. The deadline to request a refund is 5:00 pm on the Tuesday prior to the course week. “

Late Registration

Did you miss the registration deadline? Don’t worry – late registration is still possible, but spots are not guaranteed!

If the registration window has closed, your child will be placed on a waiting list. If we have availability, you’ll receive a call from Community Education with the good news!

Summer 2025

Please be aware that for Summer 2025 all sports classes for Coker Elementary will take place outside in the morning.
